GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The minimum age for drivers is 21 years.
The driver must have been a licence holder for a minimum of 2 years.
The minimum rental charge is 1 day (24hrs)
A delay in the return of your vehicle will be charged according
to a separate price list(Maximum tolerance will be one hour.
Further delay will be charged at a ¼ of the daily rate per hour.)
Fuel and any refuelling service are not included in the price.
During the rental period the client is obliged to pay all parking fees,
traffic violation tickets and any other irregular expenses.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Cash payments require a deposit

VEHICLE INSURANCE

All vehicles are insured against damage caused to the third party,
daily charge for total insurance or CDW (Collision Damage Waiver)
and TP (Theft Protection)

Any damage has to be reported to the police authorities immediately,
otherwise insurance is not valid and the renter will be charged
for the full damage amount.

If renter is found responsible for damage, he must pay a deduction
at rate specified by the insurance company.
CDW does not cover damage caused to the chassis and tyre
